Rusty co-founded SSO. Inc. As Chairman/CEO, first and foremost, Mr. Sailors maintains a constant view on the evolution and growth of the company to keep pace with industry, changes in technology and changes in customer needs.
Mr. Sailors drives the vision to execute well on all of SSO’s current products and services and the development and evolution of game changing products and services for the future. Mr. Sailors also serves as Chairman of the Board for the non-profit Protecting Tomorrow, has served on the Executive Board for the Corporate Affiliates Program (CAP) for over ten years at UCSD’s Jacobs School of Engineering and was selected as the 2010 Fellow forthe Gordon Center at UCSD. Mr. Sailors also serves on the Cyber Technical Advisory Panel for National University and judges graduating masters students.

Mr. Sailors ensures the company is executing effectively and maintains its strong focus on supporting its customers and employees. Sam has provided guidance and coaching to emerging tech companies in San Diego. He has been sought after for guidance on funding prep and go to market strategies.
Sam pushes to make an impact in the San Diego cyber security industry through thought leadership, an ever increasing industry presence and outside the box innovation. Sam also heads SSO’s racing division and is their lead driver.
